Arzo

My family is from the middle East, I was born and raised in Montgomery county. I have a 10 year background of Office Administration, and an Associates degree in Education. I have enjoyed carrying over my past experiences and education into the dental field. I look forward to getting to know each of our patients, and appreciate helping patients achieve a healthy beautiful smile. Aside from being a workaholic, I love spending time with my family and friends.

Lisa

I was born and raised in the Maryland DC area and am fairly new to the dental field. I enjoy seeing the other side of Orthodontics as a professional versus being the patient. 

Outside of the office I really love travelling, DIY projects and learning about cultures and languages.

I am a mother of 3 beautiful children. I have been in the dental industry for 9 years. I enjoy getting to know each patient that comes into the office.

When I’m away from the office I enjoy creating new memories with my children and traveling.

Isabella

I was born and raised in the Silver Spring area always alongside my beautiful big Hispanic family. I am one of the newer team members here at Randolph endodontics/ orthodontics.

Where I have the opportunity to work with both Dr. Kaur and Dr. Gunraj. My love for dentistry grew as soon as I joined the team. I enjoy working with patients, helping them achieve the smile of their dreams. I enjoy connecting with the patients I see daily. Aside from the office work, I also enjoy spending quality time with my family and trying out new food cuisines when I have the opportunity to do so.

Christopher

I grew up in the Dominican Republic and moved to the united states in 2014. I chose dentistry because I’ve always been interested in the teeth function in our day to day life and how much it can affect a person. I have come to love seeing the evolution of a patient’s smile when they first step in our office for a consult, up until the point where we remove the braces and finally give them their finished beautiful smile.

Paola

My name is Paola, my family is from El Salvador, we love to eat pupusas. I have 2 girls. They are very entertaining because they are very active at ages 6 & 7. I am a cat lover. I have 2 of them at home. I've been in orthodontics for a year and a half. Outside of work, I have a lot of hobbies. One of them is cooking. I enjoy spending time with my family and can't wait to meet all of our new and future patients.

Gina

Born in Canada, I came to the U.S. in 1985. I have lived in Silver Spring area ever since. I have a thirteen year old daughter. I come from a family of four sisters who also live in the area as well.

I have worked with Dr. Kaur since 2002 off and on. I am a certified orthodontic assistant and certified radiology technician. I love my job because I am surrounded by positive people with positive attitude in a positive environment. My hobbies include reading, spending fun time with my sisters, and being involved with my daughter’s dance competitions. I am very close to my family.
